Human Resources plans, implements and coordinates personnel policies and procedures to comply with local, state and federal employment laws and regulations. They also assist with issues related to new personnel; establish and coordinate personnel policies and procedures; maintain job classification systems; assist with employee benefit programs and mediate employee problem resolutions.
