Fines must be paid before your court date.  Your court date can be found on the bottom of your ticket.

You may mail in the summons with payment of your fine (as determined by the list below), must be paid by money order or certified check. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. Make money order payable to the Henry County Clerk and mail to:

***ATTENTION:  PayGov will add a convenience fee of 3% for all transactions.  All POS transactions have a minimum charge of $2.00.  All internet and operator assisted transactions have a minimum fee of $2.50.  There is no limit on the amount that can be processed.  The convenience fee will be posted prior to your approval.

If you wish to contest a ticket, you must notify the Henry County Clerk’s office in writing, prior to your court date.
